1. Sizing & Fit 

Q: How do I know which size to order? 

A: Please refer to our Size Chart [link to chart]. Measurements are body measurements, not garment dimensions. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for fitted pieces. 

Q: Do you offer made-to-measure options? 

A: Yes! During checkout, select Made-to-Measure and provide your measurements. Made-to-measure items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Q: How does Kaamura fit compared to other brands? 

A: Our garments are tailored with a luxury fit in mind. We provide fit notes on every product page, and our size chart is designed to help you select your ideal size. 

2. Shipping & Delivery 

Q: Where do you ship to? 

A: Kaamura ships worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from Lagos, Nigeria. Q: How long will delivery take? 

Lagos: 1–3 business days 

Other Nigerian states: 2–5 business days 

Africa (outside Nigeria): 5–10 business days 

Europe, UK, USA, Canada: 5–10 business days 

Rest of the world: 7–14 business days 

Q: How much is shipping? 

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Q: Can I track my order? 

A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

3. Returns & Exchanges 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item? 

A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Q: How do I return an item? 

A: Contact us at order@kaamura.com to request a return. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached. You will need to cover return shipping costs. 

Q: What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item? 

A: Report defects or errors within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit if approved. 

4. Payments & Security 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept Paystack. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store full card details

Q: Is it safe to shop on your website? 

A: Absolutely. Kaamura uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information. 

5. Product Care 

Q: How should I care for my Kaamura garment? 

A: Care instructions vary by item. Please follow the label inside your garment and any product-specific notes on the website.

Q: Do your fabrics stretch? 

A: Some fabrics have slight stretch for comfort; fit notes on the product page indicate stretch level
