1. Sizing & Fit
Kaamura uses standard UK and US sizing, with measurements provided in inches and centimetres for guidance.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in fit (up to 1–2cm) may occur. This is not considered a defect.
Between Sizes
If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size, especially for fitted designs.
3. Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled from Lagos, Nigeria.
Processing Time
● Ready-to-wear items: 2–4 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 4. Shipping & Delivery
Nigeria
● Lagos: 1–3 business days
● Other states: 2–5 business days
International Orders
● Africa: 5–10 business days
● Europe, UK, USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
● Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Fees & Duties
● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
● International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
● Kaamura is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. 6. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
7. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
● Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
● Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
● Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
● Have original tags attached
● Be free from stains, odours, perfume, or alterations
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
8. Refunds & Store Credit
● Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
● Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
● Cash refunds are not offered.
9. Exchanges
● We do not offer direct exchanges.
● Customers may place a new order using their store credit once a return is approved. 10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

11. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
● Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
● Provide clear photos and your order number
If approved, Kaamura will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. 12. Colour & Product Variations
Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.
13. Right to Refuse Returns
